Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a SPA CEYLON purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition in their original packaging with proof of purchase/gift receipt in case of a gift. If in a set, all products and packaging in that set need to be returned with not more than one item in the gift pack in a gently used condition, with all others being in an unused & unopened condition.

All products must be in their original packaging (container plus box if applicable) and should be unmarked and not broken or defaced in any manner.

Siyath New Zealand monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Siyath New Zealand.

Free Products (if any) with purchases cannot be returned/exchanged.

Special offers or discounts given at the time of purchase will be adjusted when the refund is processed.


All returns are subject to validation and approval at Siyath New Zealand’s discretion.

Refund Processing

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@siyath.co.nz
